Uliana became a founder to realise her core belief that personal and business success are interconnected and their greater meaning lies in making the world better. Uliana studies behavioral science at the London School of Economics. She is an accomplished certified executive and teams coach and a business trainer, working primarily with late stage startups and large organisations and their leaders. Uliana’s career spans five countries, and in such areas as finance, audit and business development. This multifaceted experience allows Uliana to utilize interdisciplinary approaches in the work of Phronetic. A mother of 2, a runner, Uliana also supports a children’s home, which in her youth, inspired her to do greater good in all we do.
