Sign Up and Pay
Once you've successfully signed up, make sure to check the time and location of the workshop. Be sure to meet us at the designated venue at the specified time.
This year, you can also find workshops that don't require a WaysConf ticket for a few sessions (e.g., Vitaly's workshops). Check requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
Each session has highlighted information indicating if you need a WaysConf ticket or not. For sessions that require a WaysConf ticket, you will need to provide your order number or ticket code on the workshop registration form.
Unfortunately, workshop tickets cannot be transferred to someone else. Workshop registration is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you reserve your ticket, you secure your spot in the workshop. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to inform us as soon as possible so that we can offer the spot to another interested participant.
Yes, attendees can register for multiple sessions; however, we recommend a maximum of 2 sessions as it can be overwhelming. Please note that you may need to skip some talks from the conference to attend the workshops.
Yes, a schedule or agenda will be provided prior to the workshops. It will include the date, time, and duration of each workshop, along with the workshop topics and facilitators.
The workshops are affordably priced to ensure your commitment to attending. These fees are separate from the conference ticket and will be paid directly for each workshop you choose to participate in. However, for special guest workshops, the price might be significantly higher.
There are approximately 260 seats available for the workshops, spanning over the course of two days. Please note that availability may vary for each individual workshop.
If a laptop is required for the workshop, it will be specified by the workshop leader or instructor. Please ensure you bring your own laptop if it is mentioned as a requirement for the workshop you plan to attend.
