For 18 years, she has been helping users fulfill their needs, assisting businesses in shaping their strategies and supporting other researchers in their development. At Allegro, she leads a 10-person team responsible for research in the Delivery Experience area. She is experienced in building research teams and scaling their impact within organizations, is passionate about simplifying processes and work environments, and is interested in preventing burnout. She hones her gardening skills and enjoys furniture restoration in her free time.
