Michaela Hrackova Pysnakova

Michaela is a strategic UX Researcher with over a decade of professional experience. With a background in journalism, and a Ph.D. in sociology, she specializes in mixed-methods research. She spent 6 years in Silicon Valley working with top companies such as Google, Medallia, Ford, and Kiva on creating top-tier digital products. Michaela is currently based in Prague and works as a Senior UX Researcher at Make where she is passionate about user feedback that impacts product strategy and mentoring  colleagues and early career UX people  in the art of research.
