Aga Kaim

Aga is a Senior UX Researcher at AirHelp. Over the last few years, she has led numerous research projects in-house, in a digital agency intui.eu, and as a freelance consultant. She has a background in psychology. Before entering the IT world, she spent 10+ years working in & with cultural institutions in Poland, helping them to meet the needs of various audiences. She lives in Berlin.
