I lead from the front, hands-on, fast-moving, and deeply collaborative. I build teams that scale, unlock talent, and deliver work that matters. I work across disciplines to solve hard problems and bring clarity where it’s messy.
I don’t just champion design, I embed it into the company’s DNA. I drive design maturity by proving its business value, building systems that scale, and shifting design from a function to a mindset.
Today, I lead Product Design at Intercom—spanning Web, Growth, Core Product, and our Design Infrastructure team. For the past decade, I’ve worked remotely across agency and SaaS, leading distributed teams across product, industrial, brand, content design, and research. I’ve built new products from 0→1 and helped transform legacy SaaS into AI-first platforms.
