She specializes in 0→1 product development, working from the earliest stages of ideation to help shape entirely new experiences.
With a background in Clinical Psychology, Shai brings a deep understanding of how people think, decide, and build trust, bridging human insight with strategic product thinking to create experiences that people genuinely value and use. Â
Previously, she was a UX researcher at Meta and the first researcher at a startup, where she built the research function from the ground up. Â
