Anna Jozanis

An experienced leader, she has been involved in e-commerce and the UX industry for 15 years. She started her career at Allegro, where, as UX Designer and UX Team Leader, she optimised the shopping and payment process experience. In recent years, she has been developing interdisciplinary UX teams, building their competences and streamlining research and design processes. She works closely with executives and product leaders, defining a vision for digital product development and UX strategies that balance user needs with business goals. Privately, she is a lover of TV series and domestic greenery.
